Overview

Korea-Germany Junior Research Fellowship Program

  • To promote a fellowship program for global science and technology education with excellent research institutes in Germany
  • The program was launched with the Max Planck Institute in 2015
  • To establish a standard system in nurturing science & technology talent through this program
  • This fellowship program dispatched Korean students to German research institutes and gives them opportunities for research activities
  • Korean undergraduate students participate in research groups at Max Planck Institutes, Fraunhofer Institutes, and Helmholtz Institutes for actual research.
  • MPK has sent 174 students to numerous competent research institutes in Germany
